Welcome to the final week of our Winter Wellness blog series! We have loved sharing our passion for the humble wellness journey with you - in whatever form it takes - and hope you have found some inspiration and comfort in our words. Seasonal change can be difficult to adjust to, particularly Winter, but by tuning in to our bodies and nourishing them accordingly, we live in harmony with Nature and begin our journey back to ourselves.
For the last week of Winter Wellness, we are exploring how to manage Festive stress. As Christmas is now just around the corner, it is important we discuss how this time of year can cause anxiety, as well as joy. Do you resent the pressure surrounding festivities? Do you find it difficult to keep yourself grounded?
Whatever you have planned over the next few weeks and whoever you are spending this time with, we have some advice and tips to help you stay grounded, calm and to remember to make time for yourself too.
