Hot Stone Massage

This deeply relaxing massage combines classic massage with the use of heated,  smooth, flat stones.  The warmth of the stones relaxes muscle tension and can allow the therapist to release deeper knots. Gentle and relaxing, this massage relieves tired muscles and leaves you wonderfully restored.

​Agata Obara graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2008 and later went on to receive her qualifications in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Indian Head Massage. She has worked from the Centre for years and has a loyal following of clients who rave about her treatments.  In addition to her work at the Healthy Life Centre, Agata has been working since 2010 with patients suffering from cystic fibrosis at Western General  Hospital in Edinburgh.
