Sports Massage Therapy, also known as Soft Tissue Therapy, is a highly effective deep tissue technique for treating chronic pain, sports injuries, RSI, overused muscles or restricted joint mobility. It is aimed at relieving any particular muscle tension or chronic pain, such as sciatica, carpal tunnel, stiff neck, tennis/golf Elbow, lower Back pain, frozen shoulder etc. This therapy can be used to prevent and treat musculoskeletal conditions and can aid in recovery from both workouts and injuries.

Nicki Young
In 2009, Nicki started as a bodyworker in Remedial/Sports Massage Therapy and Reflexology and is accredited through SMTO (Scottish Massage Therapist Organisation).
Nicki is also currently in her advanced year of the Somatic Experiencing (SE) diploma with SOSI Internationale and is a member of SEAUK. For the past 3 years Nicki has been practising Craniosacral, which she studied with Body Intelligence, and in combining SE and Craniosacral as a bodywork approach to healing trauma works with PTSD, shock, chronic pain and other stress disorders.
