What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a primary health care system, complementary to other medical practices, of assessing, diagnosing, treating and preventing a wide range of health problems. It is suitable for anyone from newborn to adult.

Osteopathic treatment takes a gentle and safe hands-on approach to alleviate pain and improve general health by restoring function, inherent motion and mobility to body structures compromised by a variety of conditions.  It enables the body to utilise its own self-regulating and healing mechanism more effectively.

This is a short list of most common reasons why people consult an osteopath:
  • Joints pain such as: Lower back, shoulders, neck pain etc.
  • Headache
  • Pre and post natal care
  • Various health issues of newborn and children
  • Digestive issues
  • Respiratory issues
  • Pre menstrual symptoms
  • Circulatory problems
  • Neuralgia
  • And for the symptoms of many others
If you are not sure if I can help you or your child, get in touch or schedule a 15 min free consultation.
