Reflexology
1 hour session £45
Reflexology is a holistic treatment that can give benefit both on a physical and emotional level. By applying pressure to the feet or hands, Reflexology aims to re-balance the body, reducing stress and promoting relaxation. It is suitable for everyone from babies to the elderly. While lying back on a comfortable chair with your feet slightly elevated, a trained Reflexologist will apply gentle pressure to specific areas on the feet that correspond to different areas of the body with the aim of unblocking and creating harmony within your system.
Reflexology therapists work with people with varying ailments and have seen positive results with conditions such as:
stress, asthma sufferers, various hormonal and menstruation issues, insomnia, allergies, prostrate issues, muscular discomfort, pregnancy, eye infections, kidney and bladder problems, acne, as well as generally giving people a sense of well- being.
Our Reflexologist Aisling Baskill has extensive training and is a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
