Hannah’s classes are fun and rewarding with a focus on breath and efficient movement through dynamic alignment. Her classes focus on strength, flexibility and balancing the musculature of the body whilst developing the connection between body and mind

Intermediate @ 6.20pm - 7.20pm

Gentle Pilates  
A gentle yet energising start to the week with a focus on dynamic alignment, breath, core strength and flexibility. Perfect for those new to Pilates, as well as those with some experience.
Beginners
This class focuses on Pilates fundamentals; specifically breath, core strength, alignment and flexibility.
Perfect for those new to Pilates, as well as those who have some experience!
Small class with a maximum of 8 students
Intermediate 
In this class we build on the fundamental principles at a faster pace, moving efficiently and dynamically to
​ strengthen and lengthen the body. This class is suitable for those with a year or more of regular Pilates attendance.

Improvers  
This class focuses on Pilates fundamentals; specifically breath, core strength, alignment and flexibility.
Perfect for those new to Pilates, as well as those who have some experience!

Hannah Venet has been practicing Pilates for many years, and has found it an invaluable tool in maintaining a healthy, injury-free body whilst in dance training and throughout her professional career. She completed her Pilates Matwork teacher training with Brigid McCarthy, founder member of the Pilates Foundation UK and the Independent Pilates Teachers Association. Hannah has gone on to study Remedial Pilates and has an interest in working with a variety of people and bodies. She works with KICC active Lothian, a charity that offers classes to people living with long term and chronic health conditions, and has taught seated Pilates at the MS Therapy Centre, Edinburgh.  Photo:  Jassy Earl
