strengthen and lengthen the body. This class is suitable for those with a year or more of regular Pilates attendance.

Hannah Venet has been practicing Pilates for many years, and has found it an invaluable tool in maintaining a healthy, injury-free body whilst in dance training and throughout her professional career. She completed her Pilates Matwork teacher training with Brigid McCarthy, founder member of the Pilates Foundation UK and the Independent Pilates Teachers Association. Hannah has gone on to study Remedial Pilates and has an interest in working with a variety of people and bodies. She works with KICC active Lothian, a charity that offers classes to people living with long term and chronic health conditions, and has taught seated Pilates at the MS Therapy Centre, Edinburgh.
